ISSUE IV - "IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS"

Issue IV will be the first of our jammed-packed annual issues.  We're increasing the size to give you more of what you want... more tutorials; more articles; and more eye candy!    Tutorials and articles expected in this issue from Ashton Jewels, Black Bear Art Glass, Wiley Creations, Just Vonna, PB&J, and so much more. 

Also coming in this issue - Eye Candy of all current contest entries,  the announcement of your winners, and step by step instructions for completing select winning entries.

UPDATE...  I know many of you have waited a long time for the release of Issue IV... it is now in the final stages of layout.   We are experiencing some difficulties with our current printer and may have to delay the actual printing - however, anyone who has pre-ordered the magazine will get to look at it in pdf until we find another printer - so you will still get it in time for the holidays.   The Annealer will be sending out emails to everyone who ordered it so you can decide if you want to get it pdf now and wait for the printed copy or if you would like a refund.   I will tell you all this...  This issue is packed with some really great tutorials and articles and you don't want to miss it whether it's pdf or in print!     Please don't send emails regarding this...
